Radio Data System
The Pilot audio system features the Radio Data System, or RDS, which allows it to display station and programming information from participating stations on the FM band. Along with station info, artist names and song titles, RDS information includes the station category. This allows you to select a category and scan for stations that play your favorite type of programming.
